Thank you so so much for those videos! I know they are going to help me a tons. I just got her book in the mail and finished reading only to chapter two but I am shocked at how much I have learned already! I really feel that her book is going to help me in more ways than I can imagine. As far as my weight loss journey, I'm taking it day by day. I am back on the drops today (even if I am uncertain if they are real) until my HCG gets here. I could not continue on with the way I was going for the past five days. Placebo or not, the drops are benefiting me emotionally for the time being! Now I am frantically researching about HCG drops vs HCG injections and how to do it all. I feel so overwhelmed! I think I might go with the injections though. They seem more convenient.

About ChrisA
I am a stay at home mother of two beautiful little girls that are 6 and 10. I worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for 5 years before that but after a while I decided it would benefit me and my family for me to stop working.

Due to my job not requiring much activity, birth of two children, and an adverse effect to medication led me down this weight loss journey with HCG needing to lose 140 lbs.

I am a fun loving person but am still rather Introverted until I know you some and then I am a clown. I am a bit blunt at times if I feel that is what one needs but I always weigh feelings in as I say something.

TOM and stalls!!!!!!!

by ChrisA on March 26th, 2012 at 09:18 PM
Ok, I have continued my shots and eating to protocol except one rogue item nightly which is mayfield sugar free fudge stix which have 50 calories but I don't eat my crackers..... I have to have chocolate or I will burst right now.

I know this is most likely what to blame. I just wonder if it is water retention as well because that would only put me at 520 to 600 calories a day. they are 0 fat, sugar, and carbs.

Ugh! Cravings during TOM

by ChrisA on March 23rd, 2012 at 01:03 PM
I have done really well except the last two days has left me dying for CHOCOLATE! Every since I was 10 years old when I started my first period I crave chocolate for the first 2 days before and the first day of TOM.

I gave in and bought Russel Stovers Sugar Free Toffee bars and sugar free fudgesicles. I continued to lose until this morning and I am 1 lbs up. Should I do an apple day or rake it up that it is a water bloat?

I am also not as heavy as usual is this the

Bloated and Small Slip up

by ChrisA on March 16th, 2012 at 08:30 AM
Yesterday I was having a undying need for chocolate so I tried to weigh the best options to make it go away. In a moment of weakness I bought No sugar added Bunny Tracks but I did only eat a 1/2 cup. I am feeling ungodly bloated this morning I am unsure if it was the ice cream or the sirloin hamburger patty I had. I also didn't drink enough water yesterday.

Yesterday's Menu

Breakfast Pepsi Max ( dying for caffeine) Water

Lunch: Shrimp Lettuce

I may need to blog.

by ChrisA on March 15th, 2012 at 12:25 PM
I am not a person that is typically an open book but the good part about blogging is I get to choose what I disclose.

I have decided to start blogging so that I can hold myself accountable. I just know that I am an emotional eater and knowing that I will at times talk about my personal life some. OMG! My life is a mess at times too. This is taking a lot of courage on my behalf. But, I refuse to lose this time even if it means I have to be blindly vulnerable. Which is completely
