- I am a stay at home mother of two beautiful little girls that are 6 and 10. I worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for 5 years before that but after a while I decided it would benefit me and my family for me to stop working.
Due to my job not requiring much activity, birth of two children, and an adverse effect to medication led me down this weight loss journey with HCG needing to lose 140 lbs.
I am a fun loving person but am still rather Introverted until I know you some and then I am a clown. I am a bit blunt at times if I feel that is what one needs but I always weigh feelings in as I say something.

Ok, I have continued my shots and eating to protocol except one rogue item nightly which is mayfield sugar free fudge stix which have 50 calories but I don't eat my crackers..... I have to have chocolate or I will burst right now.
I know this is most likely what to blame. I just wonder if it is water retention as well because that would only put me at 520 to 600 calories a day. they are 0 fat, sugar, and carbs.

I have done really well except the last two days has left me dying for CHOCOLATE! Every since I was 10 years old when I started my first period I crave chocolate for the first 2 days before and the first day of TOM.
I gave in and bought Russel Stovers Sugar Free Toffee bars and sugar free fudgesicles. I continued to lose until this morning and I am 1 lbs up. Should I do an apple day or rake it up that it is a water bloat?

Yesterday I was having a undying need for chocolate so I tried to weigh the best options to make it go away. In a moment of weakness I bought No sugar added Bunny Tracks but I did only eat a 1/2 cup. I am feeling ungodly bloated this morning I am unsure if it was the ice cream or the sirloin hamburger patty I had. I also didn't drink enough water yesterday.

I am not a person that is typically an open book but the good part about blogging is I get to choose what I disclose.
