    Hey girlie! Sorry, time has flown by and I haven't been on. I was doing really well. Maintaining and stabilizing under my ldw. THEN I decided to start trying to eat a little junk here and there. Well today, woke up (last day of ph 3) with a gain! I had slowly been going up up up little by little with TOM but today I went over that 2 lb mark. Since the steak day didn't do anything for me last time and I starved all day I decided to just do a high protein day to see if that would bring it back down...
    How have you been? Are you stabilizing??

  4. My names Chrystal and I am doing great so far on the diet. I just want some friends to have some support from! I was at 212 8 days ago and now im down to 198!! this is a freaking miracle!!! Im so excited!! Lost so much so fast. My first 4 days consisted of only grilled chkn salads Didnt think i could do it then I found all these recipies online!!! thank goodness not a day too late either!

    hi! im glad we are friends! im down 20 lbs in 14 days which is insanity, my jeans go up and im really psyked, been REALLY strict! my goal is another 10 , which would be around my college weight (hs was 130) ill take 140! tomorrow we are going to the movies(havent been to movies in over 10 yrs, beauty beast 3-d! were huge disney freaks lol!) were going at 1:45 show. ive been dreaming of theater popcorn! every one says its aweful lately so save the calories! but they havent been chewing their arms off for a tiny yummy junky snack!!! also we might meet friends out after and they eat whatever, i was mabe gonna have a tiny bite of pizza!!! oh! im so confused!! loll!!! how are you doing with the diet?

I'm a single mom that has been fighting the fat for 2 years. I skyrocketed from 150 to 220 in 2009 due to medication. I've stopped taking them, and lost a lot with diet and exercise, and now have plateud, and the last few months have been gaining again.

Does TOM count?

Hello, I had a question about menstruating on hcg. I know that I'm to continue the vlcd until TOM is gone and discontinue injections, but does it count as part of my 23 day cycle? I was on depo for so long, so have no experience with doing hcg and menstrating. Thank you!!

Hello HCGers! Thank you very much for your help in regards to working out! I have yet another question I'll have enough HCG to do more than the 23 days, but not enough to do 40. I was wondering if I can just go until I run out, or if there's some magic associated with the number of days in the 2 rounds I'm familiar with.
As for working out, I've decided to meditate and do some light hiking instead of my vigorous calorie melting workouts. I've been working out and eating healthy for awhile

Incredibly discouraged-does ANYONE know about hcg and exercise?!

So 2 days in a row I've gained a half a pound and am feeling super bummed. I've been following protocol with the exception of using tomato as a fruit when I make mock chili, and adding onions to my steak lettuce wrap. I worked out very hard before hcg, have been for about a year now, but I've added the insanity workouts to my regular regiment. Yesterday I burn 1200 calories between insanity, spin class, and the 2 miles I ran-and I GAINED!!! wtf! Can someone please help me?!
