I'm doing good. About to start my 2nd round. Are you still in P2?

keep your head up girl! :-) think of something you have wanted to do when you lose your weight - and just think you are that much closer to doing it that thing - when you get back on HCG :-) the day you start again is one day closer to that goal. you are doing this for you FIRST and no one else. I just want to remind you that we are here for you :-)

Clairebear what has helped me stay motivated and disciplined is that my food is already weighed, prepped, cooked and wrapped ready to go for the past 2 weeks. (some of it i froze for the following week) I commute for work so my time can be limited so since it's all ready cooked I just grab and go. it helps me not cheat by doing that :-) i know we are tired we don't feel like cooking, weighing food, etc and it feels like such a drag. so this is just something that helped me.

have a great weekend and don't be hard on yourself. :-) just remember it's a new day and keep smiling.
