Just wanted to share with you all that I have found a bread called Tapioca Loaf that is wheat free, gluten free and soy/dairy free!!! The carbs are a bit lower than regular bread at 11 grams per slice and the calories are 80 per slice. I was extremely strict about wheat and carbs on P3 and have enjoyed this bread now that I am on p4 withoug any gains over the past 2 days!! Whoo hooo!!
