TOM, need I say more?
VCLD 14, 135lb. I was super cranky, actually *itchy! The day started with my son trying to help me make lunch, but he put his smoothie down next to the slicer and he got smoothies EVERYWHERE, even on the ceiling. The end of the day I broke another glass lid. Boohoo and I still wasn't finished with cleaning up the smoothie mess. So I stuffed myself with my homemade oatmeal cranberry cookies and had skinny cow ice cream and gosh knows what else found its

Yestersday was a weird day. I expected to be starving and really weak from the steak day but I am not sure if skipping a dose or the steak day kept me going all day. Kids have tae kwon do camp this week, and their day starts at 9am. I also found 2 new (to me) teachers I like near me and saw that one of them was teaching exactly at 9am in the next town over. So I had plans to drop the kids off 15 minutes early. Well you know how that one kid of yours that is ALWAYS lagging behind? Well, I let

It worked. Let's see if I can keep it off. It was hard. Anybody have any pointers? I drank water all day: six 16 oz glasses of lemon water, 3 cups of coffee, 2 smooth moves, 1 green tea and 1 early CALM in 8 oz. It helped a lot but at 3 pm I just had to lie down. I forgot the ACV. I had about 9 oz of sirloin. And about half a cup of green chile. Of course, after I ate, I had energy but I waited until 5pm exactly to eat. Whole day seemed kind of wasted. If I do this again I will do this

Yeah, even though I am not following protocol I decided to do a steak day today. Before I turned 35, not eating all day except for a light dinner worked great for me. Usually a 2lb loss. After Round 1, things seemed to be back to almost the way they used to be. So we will see tomorrow. I hope this works because I am really hungry and light headed. I am thinking of having a roasted chile pepper on top of the steak instead of the apple. My reasoning is that I don't think tomatoes are a good

I know it isn't a stall when you aren't even following the protocol. Yesterday, my yoga intensive did not turn out to be the kind of intensive I wanted it to be. So I decided not to eat dinner last night. That's what I got for over worrying over something that had not happened yet. So yesterday I had, all before I went to the yoga workshop:
Breakfast: 1 Ezekiel toast with 1 tsp almond butter sprinkled w/ stevia and cinnamon
Lunch: 1 egg w/ 1/4 cup egg white omelet with spinach and
