    Yesterday was really good. Today got off to a slow (energy) start, but has picked up since I've had my protein. I'm thinking about dividing my lunch protein in half and having half of it for breakfast, as I seem to get started better with a little protein. Maybe, maybe not. We'll see. I haven't had any headaches either. *touch wood*

    Hey! So ended my Load DaY #2 WELL...with a total of 8500 calories for my loading.

    Just made my first VLC meal: diced chicken sauteed in water w/Franks sauce, added 2 stalks of celery.....very good. I really think I'm gonna learn some great meals by the end of this. I've just gotta get in the kitchen and play around with spices and try other's recipes.

    Do you know if I can just use canned chicken/veggie broth?

    So...I just calculated my food in take so far: almost 4,000 good a calories and 252g fat....SO GROSS. But that's befoer dinner/dessert. This better fall right off, and sustain me through the round!!

    I've heard having too many sweets during loading may cause cravings and withdrawals...have you heard the same thing? It's actually been pretty hard to plan out my goal of 4500 calories/day. I have a few sweets b/c all the salty makes me sick! But mostly it's just ice cream that sweet....the home made whipped cream is just heavy cream with 2tbs sugar, not that bad. I really don't feel like I'm gonna miss anything. I just have to deal with my cravings/habits and emotional eating. Funny how I realize those things don't have anything to do with actually being hungry. But now I have a purpose to committ to denying myself!

    I totally blanked on all the nuts as a great source of fat. I have a feeling my gall bladder is gonna be hurting a few days!

    Thank you so much for your message! I'm in the same boat...loading was supposed to be more fun than this! LOL I'm so eager to start my VLCDs and see if I'm finally able to lose weight!

    I don't blame you for starting Tuesday. If I could start earlier I would. I'm still in Phase 4 and actually going to cut it short and only do it 19 days instead of 21. I'm anxious to start and want to load on a Friday and Saturday and take advantage of eating out over the weekend. I've been walking anywhere from 3 to 5 miles a day and don't want to stop it. So I may keep walking and up my protein this round.

R1/P2/ drops


March 21st Load day weight=168
April 21st VLCD29=146 LDW

October 2nd Load day weight=180(5lbs load weight)
November 11th LDW=152

R2 Starting October 1st and 2nd Loading. I did well in R1 and then blew it this summer with stress eating so I have to start all over again but I am determined to do it right this time

I haved upped my start date to Tuesday March 22nd

My first round starting load day March 24th

3/18/11. I got my drops in the mail today. I am going to shop next wednesday for my Load days and my VLCD days. I am pretty nervous and excited at the same time. I have about 25 lbs to loose. I want to keep exercising but worrying about stalling if I do. I will start my load day March 24th because I have my last Zumba class next Monday and Wednesday the 23rd. I am doing this alone but I think I can do it. I eat a low calorie diet now so I dont think it will bother me that much. I would
