Day 9 of VLCD- Down 1.8 Pounds!!!

Lost 1.8 pounds this morning. I am at an even 153, started out at 163.2. This is so fantastic. I am so thrilled with the results, I can't even tell you. I am fitting into smaller jeans and I can notice the difference everywhere.

Day 6 of VLCD- Down 0.4 Pounds

First off, I would like to say I think I would have had a better loss if I hadn't woke up thirsty 1 hour before I woke up and weighted myself. But at least there is still a difference.

Day 5 of VLCD- Down 0.6 pounds!

Today was an easy day. I didn't lose as much as I would have hoped but hey, I'm happy. I've eaten well today and have drank 16 cups or 1 gallon of water today.

I love beef & chicken & the fruit. Those have always been some of my favorite foods. I am still confident & loving the HCG diet. What's even better is my Flavor Wave Oven can cook food from frozen Just in case.

Day 4 of VLCD- Down 0.2 pounds

So here's what I think and reread on Pounds and Inches. It states not to eliminate salt but take it at a steady paste. Well I've always liked salt (don't take it in much) and I thought you weren't supposed to. So on the first 2 days I didn't add it and then read you could and add it & I think it could be why I loss only a little. I ate about the same salt, if not less today & I will see tomorrow morning and go for there.
