If someone could give advice I'd appreciate it. For the past 2 weeks here is how my weight has been. My scale only measures to the half pound...133, 132, 132.5, 132, 133, ETC!!!!!! Granted, I am not following to the T the original protocol, I eat mostly egg whites and shellfish instead of meat but I can't stand meat now. I don't eat much fruit and zero bread of any type. I'm new to hcg, this is day 5 of VLCD and I have no appetite whatsoever. I barely could eat lunch and didn't finish the vegetable. I haven't had any fruit today, nothing sounds good (it's 5 p.m.) and I don't eat any kind of breadstick because I never ate bread before this diet anyway. I've had adequate water and 2 Earl Grey teas. I'm worried because I don't want my body to go into starvation mode....I wonder if that is even possible since it is feeding itself with my own fat.
