I need to get some clarity on P3 - appropriate foods before I do my shopping and weekly meal prep tomorrow.
After a really comfortable first experience with Phase 2, I began Phase 3 on Friday July 20. By Sunday I wasn´t feeling well (feeling weak and lifeless despite trying to up my calories to 1700), by Tuesday evening I had a full-blown stomach virus or infection that threw me into the toilet without a lifevest for almost 60 hours non-stop (sorry for the visual). I am on Day 4 of Phase 3 ... and to be honest I haven´t felt well at all today or yesterday. I seemed to have no problems as I went through most of Phase two and even the last 72 hours of VLCD (weaning off my drops) , but now even though I am eating more calories I feel like total crap (really weak, sensations like I am going to black out) for the first time since VLCD #1 ... Is this common? Do I somehow have my calories wrong? My current weight is 150 and I am managing not to fluctuate very much,
You could fill these with any phase two appropriate protein. Your roll-up or wrap will form more nicely if you make sure your mixture is finely chopped or shredded.
Ingredients:
4 to 7 Swiss Chard leaves with stems on, washed, look for leaves that have not holes.
Wide Diameter pot with an inch or two of boiling water.
Salt and Peper or other herb combination to taste.

Trying to loads up on my favorite cheeses, olives, nuts and some chia today. Also will be enjoying coffee with some cream and sugar.
