Steak days do work

Ok so the steak day worked!!!! i lost back down to liw...then i tried to start over but i somehow gained 2 lbs overnight...i really do not like P3 or should i say it does not like me....gonna do a high protein day as prescribed by my friends here in hcg land ...hope it works as well as the steak day did!!!
i am just so worried i will never stabilize

Stabilization Woes

So with only 4 days vlcds under my belt i had to have a steak day....thankfully it worked but i must figure out how to stabilize...i went very slow only added eggs, bacon, and cheese one each day in that order in fact i had gained before i even started adding food ..i thought i would be the only person doing a steak day on day 1 of p3 ...anyway seems stabilization is just as hard as i thought it would be.

Yippy!!!

Well it is day 45 and I am through with my injections...it was a long rough road and although i did not make my initial goal of 30lbs lost, I did make my altered goal of 168.... I am happy with my results....now to just do a good p3 and stabilize at this weight...something tells me this may be harder than i think but i know i can do it

Gained 1.6 lbs bummer!

Ok so i woke up to a 1.6lb gain this morn...i had asparagus and used ruckers oil free lotion so one or both did not agree with me..bummer.....had not really lost much in inches and now to be back at 10 lbs lost is not what i wanted to deal with...a few tears have been shed but i know its pick myself up and keep on going!
asking myself why i have to be one that even a tiny infraction causes so much weight gain..why can't i be like those that go rogue and all is rosy????? i so hope i lose

Pretty good so far

So far weight has been coming off pretty good. I am on vlcd 15 and have lost only 11lbs though. I thought i would be down a few more at this point. I know the last half will be slower than the first half so I don't see myself making my 30lb loss goal even if i do a 40 day instead of a 30 day round. I am about to go from SL to SQ. I am hoping i can regulate my dose better. I started out starving and am now just sorta hungry after changing doses several times. Have not noticed a change in clothing
