2000 IU of Ovidac subq injections; planning on 30 units or 150 IU. This will be my first round

After much preparation and reading I still don’t know it all. Today I received the HCG and tomorrow I’m starting. I went to the store and purchased loading food, fat foods such as FFF, bacon, dark chocolate – yum- a tub of nuts. Rib eye steaks, cream cheese. I already have eggs, avocados and whip cream. I ordered almond butter from Amazon and it should arrive tomorrow.
