    Congrats on your weight loss! Fantastic!. BTW accountant here also.. but I don't do it for anyone but myself anymore.

    I would not lose weight in P3 at all. In P3 you need to concentrate on maintaining your LDW and a higher number of calories. Save the dieting for P4. When you get to P4, you don't have to add the starches and sugars right away or at all. In P4 you can lose those last few pounds without the worry of messing your metabolism up again. I tend to eat more P3ish than P4 with an occasional splurge into the starchy carbs, but I make better choice now. Give your body the 21 day rest of P3 and then drop those last few pounds.
