    How have you been? I know alot of peopple drop off this site but stay in the game. I am a tid mad at myself for giving up in Jan/feb..but i needed it. I have had a good 3-4 months of feeling "normal" now its time to hit it hard again. itll be worth it ( i keep saying that I just need goals. 30th bday in may and mexico in june. those are my goals....oh and keep it off for baby time hopefully. Let me know if you need a buddy. Even if your not doing hcg anymore, we need support. I checked this site all the time even when i wasnt on hcg. part habit part to keep me motivated, even if it wasnt motivated to lose with hcg.

    hey lady how are ya? im doing this thang again for one final time for april. I did a super short semi unsuccessful round in jen and couldnt get back on board. Ive ben eating ok, but exercising ALOT. So ive kept off like 10 pounds. Im thinking of dong the non hormone hcg..I am a tid aprehensive to do the hormone so close to me wanting to get preggers...it throws off my cycle alot. Soo even if the non hormone hcg gives me the placebo effect of not being hungry im in. I have heard good things so well see. Also it would be nice to not worry about the oils in make-up and all that crap. i swear thats harder than the diet! I may do 600 or 650 cals on the days I super exercise. I only have april and a bit of may before i have to p3 it so heres hoping for at least 20 pounds.
