My starting weight is 208 lbs. and currently is 198 lbs. My medications that I am taking for hypothyroidism and adrenal exhaustion are Cytomel and Cortef. Also, I am taking bio-identical progesterone and wearing a estradiol patch, because of a partial hysterectomy. My gall bladder has been removed. Hopefully, even with all that said I will be successful with this diet, only time will tell.
