I did my first round back in April with good success. Lost about 30 lbs and was doing great. Then I lost all control. I started eating everything. I could feel myself getting bigger but I was still fitting in my clothes. So I decided its time to take control again. I finished P3 in June at 239 lbs. I stepped on the scale expecting to be at least 20 lbs heavier but to my surprise I had only gained 7 lbs. Well now I'm back and more focused than ever!

Ok so I had planned to do a really long P2 but didn't make it. At the very end my weight just wouldn't budge. It was up and down..down and up with those same few lbs. So I just decided to head on to P3. I was nervous and scared that I would gain all my weight back but so far its been fabulous. I have cheated since I been in P3 but my weight loss picked back up. Is this normal?

Another slow week. I changed up my foods to see if that would help. I took out my second fruit and cut out beef and tomatoes. I did cheat and added a few nuts to my breakfast and upped my protein a bit. I also started exercising. I love Zumba! But I'm taking it really easy. Glad to finally be losing again!!

This week has been so slow!! Been back and forth with same lbs but I'm sticking it out and still hanging in there!! Hope everyone has good losses this week

This diet gets easier and easier. I haven't had any headaches or real hunger this week. I've had temptations but I held strong was able to stay true. Getting on the scale every morning and losing weight is all the motivation I need
