Well today is VLCD12 and so far my grand total losses are 16 pounds. That is a pound and a half a day, average, which is about double to triple what the average for a woman tends to be, from what I've read. I decided that I would only measure about once a week and I've lost about 8.8 inches as of Sunday (today is Wednesday).
I did a LOT of research and planning before I ever started this and I think that is why I have been fairly successful at keeping my head in the right place.
