    Laura, Thanks for the note. I delayed replying so I could report my results. I did gain 1 lb after the first day and .2 yesterday. That puts me .2 over LIW. I neglected to add the fruit to my list but I have had 1/8 cantaloupe with breakfasts. I deleted the cheese yesterday but had some parm with lunch caesar. I think the issue with my first day may have been sodium - tuna and rotisserie chicken. And double doses of mayo and dressing. But I was ready for that one. I probably need to stay below 1200 cals (BMR to maintain) - will never be a card carrying member of the "Big Eaters Club"! With the additional fat, constipation is a none issue. No tummy issues at all actually. Just have to remind myself to be patient with stabilizing for the next few weeks. Can try to lose my last 10 lbs in P4. Thanks again for your help!

    Hi Laura:

    I enjoy your posts when I come upon them. I am a lurker; usually find what I need without having to post. I am hoping you can advise me on P3, beginning tomorrow. I am concerned about ramping up too slowly/too quickly. Here is my plan for tomorrow:

    Breakfast 6 am
    Bacon, eggs, cheese, cream (been eating eggs/H&H in P2)
    450 cal, 26 prot (inc eventually to 50)

    Lunch Noon
    Tuna salad w/almonds, mayo, fat dressing
    350 cal

    Dinner 6 pm
    Rotisserie chicken, cabbage, fat dressing
    400 cal

    Totals: 1200 cal (58% from fat), 112 g prot, 19 carbs

    I plan to get to 1500 calories (or more, also lurking on Twinma's P3 for Big Eaters thread), 120 g protein, 30 carbs max, around 70% of calories from fat. I am 54 yo, 5'1" and at 128 lbs right now. I need to be closer to 120 lbs. I don't have to lose in P3 but wouldn't mind.

    Any advice would be much appreciated!

My Metamorphosis
