- HI! Well about me...I have 3 children 22,20,& 18. My oldest is married with 2 children.I moved to Wisconsin in 2003,Talk about a life style change! No more roller blading by the beach or going for walks on the beach.I was always going somewhere and doing something. Then Hello small town Wisconsin and corn fields.9mo's out of the year it's cold, well for me it is.I put on more weight than I ever had in my life even at being 9mo prego with any of my 3 kids!Fast Forward to 2009 working at the Army base here I fell head first down a flight of stairs, resulting in surgery.1st on on my elbow then a year later they found out why I was still in so much pain,I had broken a bone in my shoulder that was now separated aprx 2 1/2in.2nd surgery. At this point I am out of work on workers comp and no hope of going back soon. Still in pain and unable to lift my arm the Doctor's agree I need another surgery.Workers comp does not agree. They have decided that permanent restrictions on my arm is perfectly acceptable. No over head reaching, no lifting over 10lbs, no pushing/pulling,no repetitive movement. Thus resulting in no job.The goverment let me go as they were not willing to work with my restrictions.I have retained an attorney and am currently fighting to get the surgery that 2 different Doctors feel will help me.I would like full use of my right arm and to be without pain everyday.Anyway through all of this I gained more weight. I found out about HCG & decided after much research to give it a go.I have to say it has changed my life! I would say this is the last "diet" you will ever need!I have learned so much about food and they way it affects the body.I am studying up on the LeptinRX & primal/paleo way of eating.I followed it partially after my 1st round and it helped me stabilize wonderfully.I plan on doing 1 more round of HCG and hopping it will be my last.I will then be permanently following a new way of eating and lifestyle.

Oh Happy day! The scale moved down 1.2! Putting me right at 161. I have a mini goal to be in the 150's by this weekend, even if it is 159.8,fingers crossed! I have decided homemade soup is my new best friend! I make some for lunch. It looks like you get so much and it is so easy! Todays soup is asparagus and chicken and it is quiet tasty! Last night I got a huge burst of energy and woke up this am still with energy. Woohoo! I believe that the sluggishness of the first week is all the crap leaving

Looks like NO shell fish for me. No gain but no loss again today. Crazy how 1 round you can be okay with some stuff and another round your not.So much for the lobster tails I have in the freezer. Seeing the scale move is much more rewarding than lobster any day! I will keep telling myself that! lol
week 1 and a loss of 6.2 not bad but not fantastic.
So chicken, beef and tilapia it is for me. Tried fennel soup last night it wasn't bad, kinda reminded me of my zucchini soup I

Good Lord. Today started out great with a 4.8# loss. Was up and able to get coffee in before the little ones woke up. Then down hill it went from there. My 4 yr old nephew woke up with all the classic signs of shunt failure.Had to take him to ER 2 hrs away .Thankfully it was not shunt failure. They did have to give him 2 bags of iv,poor little guy. We were there all day. The girls didn't get naps so they are not happy. The head nurse tried to tell me I needed to keep the baby form crying so loud.ARE
