    Hi Diane! I was looking at your delish pumpkin cheese cake on the P3 threads. I have a question about the crust. I am not a baker, so I have no idea what I am supposed to do with the ingredients for the crust. Help? would love to make a lemon cheese cake that I can actually consume tomorrow! Thanks!

    Hi, I'm not far ahead of you. I'm on vlcd day 12. Are your drops homeopathic? If so, some people don't respond well to hhcg. You may need to switch to the Rx strength. I started out on hhcg and on day 8 I started Rx. I was starving on hhcg! Today has been manageable as far as hunger goes. I'm still tempted, but it seems easier to not cheat. Are you sticking to protocol? And drinking lots of water? You need to get your hcg dosing right or you will lose the wrong kind of fat. I hope this helps.

    Hi Diane, u have seemed to help a lot of people so I was wondering I u could help me. I am on round 1 ph2 day 7. I have only lost a pound! And I am starving. I am taking drops from DNA ( dynamic nutritional). Half a dropper every 4 hours! And keeping to vlcd. I am very discouraged help
