My weight has been an issue for me since I had my first child in 2002. I gained 75lbs with him. Two years ago, I managed to lose a good 30lbs but over the last year, I gained it back. My goal is to be healthy. I suffer from high blood pressure and I'm medicated for it. I'm too young to be on those types of meds. So, I'm taking charge. I want to be healthy, fit, sexy curvy, secure and be able to go into a store and not look for size 14 or more, ever. I would be happy in a size 10.

After I finished R1, I relaxed on my dieting. I was able to maintain my lowest weigh in after P3 and have maintained. I'm back for R2.
Maintaining the loss was pretty easy, which surprised me based on this message boards. There are so many horror stories of gaining all the weight loss back immediately after starting P4.

I was excited about today but, now it's time to eat and I'm terrified.
Breakfast: 3 slices of organic turkey bacon, 2 egg omelet w/chopped spinach, green peppers and red onions - no cheese - herbal tea
Lunch - mixed spring salad w/cuccumbers, organic caesar dressings with 2 garlic grilled chicken strips and 8 pieces of shrimp. And, 1tp of feta cheese
Dinner: mixed spring salad w/cucumbers, organic Caesar dressing with 4 garlic baked chicken wings.

Well, this has truly been an adventure. I learned so much about myself and I still have a lot more to learn.
I've officially lost 20lbs! 20lbs!! In just under a months time. That feels so good. I just pray I do as well in Phase 3 as I did in Phase 2.
I lost inches in my midsection, waist, bust, arms, legs, thighs and neck. That feels so great to just say it.

Ive been craving today. I ate 2 kernels of popcorn, 1 tortilla chip. This has been at separate times throughout the day.
I'm concerned tomorrow and day 3 w/o drops, I'll have hunger pains.
Wednesday is P3. I can't wait to have garlic baked chicken wings and a huge veggie salad w/organic Caesar dressing.

I start P3 next Tuesday. I read a few places, you ARE NOT supposed to lose weight during P3.
But, what if I'm working out, that's not fat I'm burning. I read if you're losing, its muscle. Also, will I continue to lose inches during P3?
