  3. that's pretty on Protocol! I do 1 maybe 2 Jay Robbs, and I've tried the shirataki noodles, both of which didn't affect me in R1. I did try zucchini the other day...I'm so naughty. Other than that, I follow P & I.

    I am not spotless as you say. Yet i dont think of myself as quite rouge. here is why.

    I follow protocol except for 2 things. Portabella mushrooms and MCT oil. I have had myself muscle tested for both and in my particular case the Portabellas are neutral and the MCT is only seen by my body as a cleanser. I had my Naturopath figure the dose of MCT oil "dose" me. I am using it to clean my liver out. I have worked with my ND for 3 years now and trust her to keep me clean.

    I just saw her today in fact.

    My normal routine is
    7:30 am dose
    8:30 am supplement
    10 am 200g Apple
    12 pm 100 g sirloin 100 grams green veg ( spinach, or lettuce) and supplement
    5 pm 100 g white fish 100 g veg
    7 pm dose
    8 pm 100 g strawberries and supplement


    i use portabella's in my chilli as filler and in a great while i will just toast them up and enjoy.
  5. Neither my mom or sister are starving, only hungry at meals times. I'm still hungry.
    I want to up my dose a bit, I'm just not sure how high to go.

    Thank you Colleen...I know we all bug you about our doses, but you're just so knowledgeable on HCG, and I trust you and your experience.

    Also, I used my dosing syringe and transferred the amount to a teaspoon, then sucked it up with my dropper to then count out my drops. I'm taking 12 drops 2 x a day.

    And my mom and sister have started with the same dose - 166.

    What do you think? Up it? At least for myself?

    I'll check in with them and see how they are faring.
  7. What is your dose? You shouldn't be starving, not even on day 2.
