Hey Dubbles--I don't know if you ever come around anymore, but I was just thinking about you and wanted to say Hi! As I approach the first anniversary of when I started HCG, I can't help but remember what an encouragement you were to me during my first round. I will always be thankful for that. Hope all is well with you. Take care.

I'm curious to see if the weight is lost from different areas from homeopathic than from rx hcg. Do you think the patches work as well with cravings as anything else? I agree with you, if you keep your weight within the 2 lb window as Dr Simeons suggest,

You can use oat fiber to temper the dense calories you get in almond flour baked goods as well. Usually you can replace up to half the almond flour called for, depending on the recipe. But even replacing a quarter lightens things up significantly.

I wanted to share a variation of Pearly's Artichoke Dip/Casserole... Full disclosure, my friend gave me this recipe, and yes, I've been known to eat it with a spoon. Also goes great with Plantain chips!

1 can Artichoke Hearts, diced (the soup sized can)
1 can Water Chestnuts, diced (the tuna sized can)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese,
