    Yeah for you!!! . No... This is NOT something you will do every day... Today you will do low carb. Skip your fruit if you can and no melbas... Continue to do that and in about a week, do the same thing you just did yesterday. Does that make sense? It's really important to keep today as low carb as possible.

    Hey Dubbles
    Thanks for the comments on my blog. I used lump crab meat I found by the seafood counter in my grocery store meat dept. It's a little plastic tub. Ingredients just say "crab" and nutritional info stated no sugar so I think it's safe. I was always under the impression it would be fully cooked and ready to eat but the meat guy told me you have to cook it. ????? Any thoughts on that? Do you know?

You can use oat fiber to temper the dense calories you get in almond flour baked goods as well. Usually you can replace up to half the almond flour called for, depending on the recipe. But even replacing a quarter lightens things up significantly.
