    Thanks much!

I was terrified of P3 before I started. I couldn't believe after losing weight that eating full fats, etc was going to work. Let alone that I would finally be able to eat a more normal amount of calories without gaining. I found that what had been said was true. I can eat 1800 calories per day and maintain and I don't have to do it with fat free this and low fat that.

As for the good cook.. I'm a basic homestyle kinda person. Nothing monsterously fancy, but I like it.

    Thanks again,
  6. Thanks Grammy. Then I probably paid more for her drops than I should have. Next round plan to go another route. These posts have been wonderful. Thanks for all you veterans, for the help.
  7. Yes and yes. Thanks. Will wait the 72 hours, Bwaaa. Seriously, it's ok was planning on the 72 hours anyway.
  8. 48 hours is enough. Celeste is homeopathic. I know she tries to say it isn't but it is. Margie checked it out.

Do you have to keep them refrigerated and hold them under your tongue for a long time? If so, then yes... They are prescription.

    Hey Dubbs

If you are using prescription drops, you need to wait 72 hrs from your last dose... If they are homeopathic drops, you only need to wait 48hrs because they get out of your system faster.

Leez's post on oat fiber

You can use oat fiber to temper the dense calories you get in almond flour baked goods as well. Usually you can replace up to half the almond flour called for, depending on the recipe. But even replacing a quarter lightens things up significantly.

I wanted to share a variation of Pearly's Artichoke Dip/Casserole... Full disclosure, my friend gave me this recipe, and yes, I've been known to eat it with a spoon. Also goes great with Plantain chips!

1 can Artichoke Hearts, diced (the soup sized can)
1 can Water Chestnuts, diced (the tuna sized can)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese,

It’s really a dip, but it is so good, eat it w a spoon!

Hot Artichoke (Dip) or Casserole

(I make a half recipe of this for just me, which lasts days in the fridge, and you can heat up servings in the microwave.)

I remember ten years ago, I was not alone in cabbage causing gain. It truly leaves me sad! lol For the slaw... I take a standard bag'o-slaw... shred or dice apples... add balsamic and stevia (to taste) and chill overnight. I top

For a drink, I had a Skinny Paloma. That’s a lie. I had two. A real one uses grapefruit juice but there are several skinny mixes available that are 1 to 5 carbs/ sugars.
