I looked at the Celeste site and it may be the real hcg. It looks like what I used the first time. I perfer ordering the RX and mixing myself. hCG is fragile and is only good for about 15 days in refrigerator after mixing. It was June in Texas when mine arrived and the bottle was hot. Also when mixing they stress to be very gentle with the hcg, not to shake or squirt water into it. I was just so very weak and fatigued the wholw time. My dose could have been wrong, but I didn't know about that then so I didn't adjust it.

If you decide to order next time I like to order from Fran www.yourhcgdiet.com. You receive everything you need in a box, except the B-12 drops. the mixing is very easy, there are many blogs on internet showing how to mix. Let me know if I can help anymore.

Hey there Dubbles! . I did one short round at the end of July and through the first couple weeks of August.... Did the full 21 days of P3 and then just cycled back into this second round. As far as immunity goes, I'm doing homeopathic hcg so I don't need to worry about immunity... no skip days. . From everything I've read about rxhcg, you only need to worry about doing a skip day if you're planning on doing a full 40 day round or longer.
  7. mspanda, hey, no I did'nt join a specific thread--honestly not sure how to do all this. Appreciate your feedback. I too am on day 4, and actually feel really hungry, stomache growling, wonder if I didn't load enough. Well, hopefully it will get better. Like you say, much is mental. Haven't done a profile or anything yet. Don't know if I know how, but will attempt to do so later this weekend, as I'm out for errands soon. No fast food though, will eat chicken (lunch) before going out.

  8. Hey Dubbles, thanks for reading my blog. so i am on day 4 and well the toughest part for me is the mental. so i don't know what protocol you are on but maybe you could chop up one of your vegetable portions to grab for snacking throughout the day? for me it is the ability to snack that is difficult. i am a big snacker. i have taken to cleaning for now. my house has never been cleaner. are you on the labor day loaders thread? that seems like a good place to compare notes.

I'm curious to see if the weight is lost from different areas from homeopathic than from rx hcg. Do you think the patches work as well with cravings as anything else? I agree with you, if you keep your weight within the 2 lb window as Dr Simeons suggest,

Leez's post on oat fiber

You can use oat fiber to temper the dense calories you get in almond flour baked goods as well. Usually you can replace up to half the almond flour called for, depending on the recipe. But even replacing a quarter lightens things up significantly.

I wanted to share a variation of Pearly's Artichoke Dip/Casserole... Full disclosure, my friend gave me this recipe, and yes, I've been known to eat it with a spoon. Also goes great with Plantain chips!

1 can Artichoke Hearts, diced (the soup sized can)
1 can Water Chestnuts, diced (the tuna sized can)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese,

It’s really a dip, but it is so good, eat it w a spoon!

Hot Artichoke (Dip) or Casserole

(I make a half recipe of this for just me, which lasts days in the fridge, and you can heat up servings in the microwave.)
