Thanks for your message. I'm back on Phase 2 after doing 3 weeks each of 3 and 4. I'm doing the RX subQ shots this time. It's so much easier than trying to schedule the drops. Know what you mean about the weather...I'm loving it outside and trying to walk everyday. Enjoy your trip with the kids enjoy food while you are there. If I remember right...it's Disney World. Went there a few years ago and had a blast.

    Hey Dubbs,

I miss seeing your posts. Wondering how you have been. See that you have been cycling. Hope that's working out for you. We were both sort of frustrated about the same time during my first round. I was going to extend my round but got disgusted. I almost did the cycling thing this time, but decided against it. You have been such a bright light for me. You are truly inspirational! Just wondered how you were doing.

    Hi dubbs!!

Thank you for your comments and help--really look forward to your advice. Haven't been much on the boards lately, just haven't really felt like it..have to play little tricks with myself at the moment to stay on round 2 thinking about just stopping for a week or two moving into P3 and then cycling back into P2..I have seen others do that as well as yourself...still thinking about that..

Thanks Dubbs. Where have you been? On vacation? I've missed you and your posts. ) I've started R2 and I'm on D2. I was really starting to enjoy P3 and P4, but I'm back to the grind. I hope you have been doing something fun.

I actually think about you all the time!!! lol I always wonder how you are doing. . I've been good. Working on giving my body back the nutrients I've robbed it of through years of dieting. No wonder I always had uncontrollable cravings and binges, huh!?!?! . I'm holding steady in the process (for the most part)... 124.2 this am which is still in LDW range. I've been trying to focus on finding a balance instead of scale weight. It seems to be working. I'm feeling much better than I have in a long time anyway. . Family is good! Hannah just turned 3 on the 2nd! Step-Dad ALMOST got a new liver the other day. They had 2 livers and 3 people to transplant but the other two people got the livers instead. Hopefully aother liver will come available soon. How are things with you & DH? Your daughter? Grandsons? You ARE doing great, Miss Skinny Nana!!!!! That's so awesome!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

    Hi Dubbles,

I am starrting R2 and accidently threw my manual away. How many drops am I suppose to take w/Celeste? I thought it was 8 drops 2x a day, but I could be totally wrong. How long between taking the drops?

    Thanks for your help!

Hi dubbles, yeah I take about 15,000 mg of biotin a day right now, with a slew of other vitamins..honestly, I think its either my bodys reaction to the HCG OR its the low calories..I don't which because, I am doing both at the same time. And no-one has a proper answer because, they don't know. I am just hoping that I can maintain my hair loss and hopefully, it will all grow back over the next year. :/

Thank you, Dubbles for telling me that. I am researching right now on the forum about stabilizing issues and not doing the protocol exactly. I just don't want any more hair to fall out this round, so I think that eating extra protein is really the goal for me. Dunno..but, I have lost quite a bit of weight already in this round and anticipate losing well this round. I know its the sophomore round that everyone hates cause, of slow losses and whatnot. But, I was in p3/p4 for about 3 months or so..that has to account for something as far as my body is concerned, shouldn't?
Yes, and good luck to you this round as well.

    Hi Dubbles!

Whoa! I hadn't realized that you were going to go rogue and do that. Hmmm..yeah, I am playing with this round quite a bit. Doing an extra long one and eating mostly protein..I just don't want to have to do any other extra rounds of Very low calorie..I am beginning to wonder about the healthiness of it ya know?..Ahhh well..My hair hasn't been falling out as much this round with my massive amount of supplements I take. hahaahha!! Well, I would like to read your blogs and know what you are up to ..but, if you aren't doing it then that is okay too. I can't believe you have already lost 8lbs already!! Fantastic!
I have question for you~ What is the purpose of staying on protocol with the foods?

I'm curious to see if the weight is lost from different areas from homeopathic than from rx hcg. Do you think the patches work as well with cravings as anything else? I agree with you, if you keep your weight within the 2 lb window as Dr Simeons suggest,

Leez's post on oat fiber

You can use oat fiber to temper the dense calories you get in almond flour baked goods as well. Usually you can replace up to half the almond flour called for, depending on the recipe. But even replacing a quarter lightens things up significantly.

I wanted to share a variation of Pearly's Artichoke Dip/Casserole... Full disclosure, my friend gave me this recipe, and yes, I've been known to eat it with a spoon. Also goes great with Plantain chips!

1 can Artichoke Hearts, diced (the soup sized can)
1 can Water Chestnuts, diced (the tuna sized can)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese,

It’s really a dip, but it is so good, eat it w a spoon!

Hot Artichoke (Dip) or Casserole

(I make a half recipe of this for just me, which lasts days in the fridge, and you can heat up servings in the microwave.)
