    Yay, thanks for the advice. I've been running about 3-4 miles several times per week. I have struggled some days because I was starving and didn't make the best snacking choices. I have a crazy schedule and it's hard to be sure to have enough healthy foods, so I binged one time...yikes...so I plan to spend this weekend baking some good P3 treats to add to my meat and veggies mix. I think the running makes me feel so much leaner, so I'm trying not to focus so much on my number as how I look. (gotta beat the tummy pooch....)

    Hey, Zami referred me to you. Did you try to exercise in P3 and have a bad effect? I have a half marathon to run at the end of April, but just started P3 of R2....started exercising a bit in P2, just because it felt so good to move. Now I'm wondering if I shoudl stop the 3 weeks of P3 so I don't mess up my metabolism...

    I visit the skinny chicks club and "celeste", although I don't use her stuff anymore, just HHCG that I buy locally. been super busy and now I'm sick, but overall doing great.

    That is hard to bear. I am glad we know this will work; next time I guess the scale will have to be your daily friend. I don't know how to get around it. The fit of my clothing doesn't seem to change enough to clue me in with less than a significant gain. I'm here for you. i know you enjoyed it.

    You know, when I loaded this last time, I loaded with healthy fats and very few carbs-and I actually lost 2-3 lbs. I had enough fats on board that I really wasnt remotely hungry til about VLCD 10, too.
    I hear you about the holidays. For various reasons, I let myself dat whatever I wanted. partly due to great family stress, partly because I know HCG works. It was complicated. I also got about 6lbs above LDW and had trouble getting below it w/o eating only protein, but when I ate anything I wanted, it didn't really change, so....I kept eating anything. I hope for better stabilization this time, like I did on R1. R2 was harder for me than R3 has been so far.I have missed you!

Now these are not exactly like real dutchbabies but they are P3 and P4 friendly and pretty yummy. I would not recommend eating these plain as they are pretty bland...sort of like pancakes are bland. They are really good when topped with the syrup and berries. I think they would be good with whipping cream on them too

Apple Spice Cake for P3 and P4 yummy!

This is for P3 and P4. With the apples it is more dense--sort of like a banana or pumpkin bread. You can make it with or without the apples but without the apples you may want to cut out one Tbs of the Almond Flour.

Mix together dry ingredients:
4 Tbs Almond Flour
1 Tbs Arrowroot Powder
2 1/2 Tbs Xylitol
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp

Dutchbaby's P3 Homemade Ice Cream - No Ice Cream Maker Required - Ready in 12 Minutes

Stir the Xylitol into 1/4 C Half and Half and heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until it dissolves. Set this mixture in the freezer or refrigerator until it cools.

Add another 1/4 C Half and Half to the cooled mixture (above) and to this add 1/2 C of Whipping Cream. Mix. Stir in flavoring. Pour all of this mixture into the 1 Pint Size Freezer Bag and seal well.
