hi im kiersten! im getting married in less then 2 months, and I need to lose a whopping 60 lbs. WOWZA! I know! starting the hcg for the second time! the 1st time I did it kinda half assed and still managed to lose 20 lbs, however with my poor eating habits I gained that back with an additional 20 lbs! needlesstosay im on the tract to health again, hopefully doing it right this time! ;)

Im down to 234.4, a loss of 2.4 lbs in 2 days only 35 lbs until I reach my goal of under 200 lbs!

so I weighed myself this morning, crossing my fingers! and I am down to 236.8 so I lost about 5 pounds on my trip. so im losing a pound a day. not bad, I wanted it a little more but ill take it so on with my day! ill check my weight again in another few days. I don't like to do it everyday cause I don't want to get discouraged. 5 more days then im on a 1.5 week break. then round two lol

phase 2 day 15!!!!! i did it! i made it! cheat free week!

im so stoked, I made it through with out cheating! just thought i'd brag! lol good luck to all you hcg'ers! you can do it too! ill update my weight tomorrow morning!

So im still doing great. Though are uhaul wasnt, it broke down in Utah. Its a whole day delay. I just want to get home. My craving to cheat is high, not like junk food, but like a regular hot breakfast that comes with our hotel... im probably not, but sure sounds good. Can't wait to see how much weight I lost in this last week. hoping 5-7 !!!

1st day actually on the road. I find this day toughest of all! Im used to stocking the car with munchies and junk food for our long journey home. Sitting in the car with the passenger eating fries is one definitely good way to bomb a diet, however im very strong and have incredible will power, so again I didnt cheat! I was thinking about doing apple day just to speed things up, what do you think? Oh and whats POP ? I see people use that, just don't know what it stands for?!? & 9 more days then
