Hello! Sorry for the delayed response. I was actually able to get back on track and break through the number that always made me plateau. HOwever i have been really sick the last week so i stopped all together. I plan on starting back up tomorrow and so i logged back in to start getting myself mentally prepared. Hello there I do not know if you remember me but I had posted a comment on one of your blogs concerning binge eating. I was wondering how you are doing now? I am still trying to pick myself back up from all my binge episodes during the first round. I am on VLCD day 4 and this is the first weekend where I have not binged. sigh...I am struggling big time though. Hoping we could support one another during this! Anyways, I hope all this well.
