I've got a certification test this morning at work, but wanted to post that my weight this AM was 166.8 - only 0.2 lbs over LIW! I'll update what my observations were later!
Just got back from a celebratory lunch for aceing both tests! Here are my main observations from the Fat Fast:
- Coconut mousse had me turning a ketone stick nearly BLACK instantly in about an hour. I have never had that high of a result and have the stick change so quickly. I monitor
So I guess I counted my chicks before they hatched. I had ZERO change this morning and am still 168.6 - exactly 2 lbs over LIW. I'm going to give the fat fast one more day. I don't think its really healthy to do it any more than that and workout. I could only perform at half my normal intensity today and my muscles weren't just fatigue, they just didn't function properly. At one point I nearly fell over doing a simple squat jump. This morning I'm down 3.8 lbs! That puts me exactly 2 lbs over LIW now. Figured I'd do at least one more day of the Fat Fast and then transition back to P3 by keeping my fat intake high and easing the protein back in. Hopefully I can maintain my Fast losses and get stable now. I think I may be acclimating to the new birth control pills too - TOM hasn't reappeared. Let me go knock on some wood...
Muscles are notably sore today - not sure if its cuz the trainer I caught on rotation
So my morning weight, pre-workout, was 172.4, which puts me over LIW by 5.8 lbs. I'm actually down 1.4 lbs from yesterday despite eating whatever I felt like - including chicken bog & a few bites of white chocolate cheesecake.

I've had a terrible time this round trying to stabilize. My first round I stabilized super easy despite a serious case of food poisoning that left me unable to eat or really drink for nearly two days.
