  1. Thank you, I know ive been dreaming of this day for so long. I went down 4 pant sizes and I feel great. Best part is being able to go into a Forever 21 or an H&M store and be able to wear the size Large clothing it gives me such a big High when I try on the clothes and it fits. I will definantly keep in touch. good luck.

    Hi Elvie! Thanks. Wow, round 2! I'm having dreams of P3 coming in a few weeks, haha. Then again, even thought it's rough, I can't wait till I can get to my second round so that I can get this over with. That's cool that your family is joining you. My sister is doing it too and we like check in with each other everyday... she needs to check in with me cause she likes to cheat and I try to keep her on the straight and narrow ;-) She's not used to dieting her whole life like I am. Anyway, I hope this round is successful for you as well and keep in touch!

    Oh so glad I can control my TOM. I take the pill, so I just kept taking it to avoid TOM coming during P2. Once I hit P3 though, it's about time for it. Yes, I'm still on the drops. I would like to hit 150lbs before going to P3, but that means 14 more lbs. and I'm not sure I will be able to do that in three weeks.... if they go like my last week just went, then I'll be golden, but I doubt I can pull those numbers off again. I really pared down and went really plain jane with my food to make sure I didn't eat anything not on protocol. We shall see though!

    Hi Elvie, I'm good. Being in Florida is great. Rained all day yesterday but we really needed to get away. Right now we are on the West coast, but leave for the East coast tomorrow. I'm following protocol & trying not to cheat. For some reason I really want a piece of pizza... wonder what kind of gain I would see from one piece ??? I'm doing this round to 30-35 lbs. (trying to anyway, barring any long stalls), but boy is P3 really looking exciting about now.... especially cheese

    Cool, Vegas! Yeah, I bet that 5lbs is definitely from the walking & such. I know we retain water when we workout, which is why I have been hesitant to start anything, but I want to. However, I am leaving for FL on Wed. and I know we will be doing lots of walking & sitting on the beach for hours, which I'm sure will cause me to retain water. But I am going to make sure to drink more than 2 liters per day. You should do fine with continuing with your drops. No sense in wasting them. I am going to have to order more so that I can keep going. I hope I don't run out while I'm in FL. As for my numbers, they've been slow, but still going down in general. I'm going to do a detox bath tonight & see if that helps. I really want to be under 170 by Wed. (was just a personal goal) and that means dropping 2.3lbs atleast. Oh, & you could try Truvia. I have read on here about people using it because they don't like Stevia....

    Hi Elvie, how long have you been taking hcg? and how long are you going? Just curious. I take Celeste drops and bought the 30 day bottle (2oz), but think I might buy another bottle and extend it to 50 or 60 days. I'm waiting on some advice from the Celeste gurus
    Today I had eggs on Dole butter bliss lettuce with red wine vinegar, strawberries in the afternoon, and made an hcg chicken cacciatore. It was soooo good. I'm definitely getting better at cooking with variation. Tomorrow I'm making buffalo chicken tenders for lunch and will have shrimp and asparagus for dinner. Today I ordered a book from Amazon called 101 worry-free hcg diet recipes... I figure I'm going to need it. I also saw by doing a google search that there is now stevia flavored water packets. They are called Stevita singles and come in lemon, orange, lime and cherry... wouldn't the lime and cherry taste great together? Amazon sells them too, but a bit pricey. There are other retailers too.

    Hi Elvie, I'm good. I still use all the same shampoo, lotions, toothpaste, etc. Maybe I would be losing more if I didn't, but there was no way I was changing my hair products. I use Wen Cleansing Conditioner on my hair and I finally have it in the condition I have wanted it for a long time.... and its loaded with every oil you can think of, LOL. In fact, when I get out of the shower I then put Wen Oil on my hair to scrunch it and air dry. I have naturally curly hair that I've been straightening, but with Wen I don't need to all the time. Anyway, what exactly did you eat yesterday? What spices? What was sodium content in everything? I know I really have to be careful about that. I had a .6lb gain last week because I at crab legs and put sea salt on my celery (so bummed I can't use it anymore)... way too much sodium for me apparently. It could also be residual from previous days too...

Feeling so proud of my self!

Last night I went shopping in my BIG plastic bins I had stored all my size 16 and lower clothes and guess what they ALL fit and a bit loose. I was up to size 20 just 3 months ago. The feeling of being able to button up let alon pulling them over my thighs was AMAZING! I'm sticking to this lifestyle for the rest of my life. Im just tired of not being thin and healthy anymore.
