I've been battling my weight my entire life. I was a chubby kid and have been heavy as long as I can remember. I maxed out over 200 pounds (I'm 5'1"). Lost a ton of weight with low carb, which later became low carb paleo and got down to around 145-150 lbs. Now I'd like to get the last 25-30lbs off and really get my body composition in a healthy range. My ultimate goal is to get under 20% body fat and into size 8 or 6 jeans, (currently size 14).
