Hi! I'm 5 3 1/2 - when you're my height, that half inch is important! I am small framed, and before I got married and went to culinary school in France (a double whammy), I used to weigh about 122 - 125. I'd be happy at 130 or 132, but figured why not aim higher (or lower, in this case). I never can seem to get lower than about 136. I've been 140-145 most of the time, but after not exercising following a major deadline, I stepped on the scale and suddenly found myself in the 150s...
Hey, we are about the same weight and I'm 5'4", I wondered how tall you are. My goal weight has been 135, which I just pulled out of thin air, but seeing your goal of 128 made me think that maybe I could aim for that too....120's seems jaw dropping though, lol.
