R3P2VLCD17... STALL BROKE finally TMI warning

So I dropped a bit one day and then yesterday afternoon weighed .6 pounds MORE again!!! I felt constipated and frustrated, so I got out an enema.... well I weighed 2.2 pounds LESS after it was all said and done... holy crap (never mind the pun!). What a relief though. I hope to high heavens I don't gain again! I ate an orange, my beef ginger garlic over boiled cabbage, tilapia over asparagus and drank 4 liters of water and 32 ounces of tea.

So I went up to 307 and down to 306.6 today. I think I have many factors contributing. 1) new dog, daily walks totaling 1-3 miles a day for me, previously I was sedentary for the most part. 2) This is a set point for me, having stayed between 300-305 for five months before packing on the last 15 pounds over the holidays. 3) Fast fat loss the first week, leaving my body rebounding and retaining water while the fat cells stabilize.

I GAINED 1.2 pounds today??? UGH. I did not cheat, but I teased my girlfriends from work. One of which will be joining this shortly. I went to breakfast with them before going home. I brought in my bag of apple slices, my stevia and ordered hot herbal tea. I drank two cups, and a portion of the ice water while they stuffed. One was loading for R1P2. I have not cheated this whole round except to eat two more melba toasts a few days ago. HOWEVER... my suspicions are that I only got 3 hours

Well I woke up to a 2 pound loss today!! I even ate my melba right before bed because I was having cravings, and felt like I needed something more. I thought for sure that would bounce me up. I m still wanting more than I am eating, but I have not caved in yet!

I even walked to the mailbox and back with my dog (1/4 mile only) after work this morning. I have been able to maintain my drinking enough water thankfully. When I need a treat I get a nice tea and sweeten it a bit.

Well I keep craving fats/dairy/carbs. Its a mild craving, but sometimes its so hard to deal with. I have had these ups and downs of losing, but so far all losses. I will lose 3 pounds then have only a .4 or .6 six loss then ones and twos again.

I am going back to work tonight, so Im in a weird day. I woke up to a 0.4 loss but I tend to keep my night schedule on off days, because that way I weigh when I wake up for work. So I got up with the kids today, but drank almost a liter
