Round 1, P3 & P4 went well. I maintained within my last dose range, however I did bounced up and down quite a bit. So now it is time to start Round 2. Loading today and tomorrow (May 5-6) VLCD will start on May 7. Planning on doing at least 40 days with the goal of dropping 20 pounds, but more would be OK with me
Today I will be loading with lots of fat and very little sugar and carbs. Of course, today I do not feel very hungry and feel sick at the thought of gorging myself

I have been in P4 for a full 2 weeks now and it is going well. I have managed to stay within my LDW range without correction days. Just 5 days ago I was at the top of my range (187) and now today I am back down to the low end of my range (183). When I indulge in to many sweet, carby type treats I gain quickly, but if I make health choices for a few days my weight comes back down. I CAN do it! I AM doing it! This diet is really working for me and I am maintaining my weight loss.

It has been 3 week since my last dose of hHcg drops. My weight has been up and down almost daily. Week 1 = +1.2, Week 2 = -1.2, Week 3 = +1.2 lbs. UP - DOWN - UP .... I never know what to expect the scale to read in the morning
I admit, I have not been a perfect saint on P3. I have eaten some sugars and starches, which the scale promptly reveals the next morning.

Why, oh why, do I eat the way I do?
I have gained 4 pounds in 3 days! YIKES!!! I have not been binging or eating tons of food. I have been tasting this treat or having a potato for dinner. Grazing through my day, a cookie here and a square of dark chocolate there and a bowl of ice cream before bed. I am not following P3 protocol. I am being lazy and allowing my desires to dictate my diet. I need to stop being so foolish and get it through my thick skull that I CAN NOT eat this way!

After going a little crazy for a few days and gaining a few pounds , I did two correction days and went back to P3 protocol eating. VIOLA! The last four days I have experienced great losses, even better than my first week of P2! I am happily back at my low P2 ending weight!
Today, I was searching through my closet for smaller sized clothes. I realized that I could easily fit into skirts that did not fit last time I was at this weight, which was about a year and a half ago.
