Hi Fiesty! I'm back in the United States and starting R2! I've maintained my weight from R1, even when I came back to Wisconsin and added cheese, beer, and eating out back into my routine! How are you?

Hey there, nice to hear from you .. I wonder about you a lot .. how's the diet going? the smoking? I hope you are doing well ..
I am on Load day two for round three right now ... I am not on here much as I am with a group on FB who is doing very strict P&I without excuse .. eating exactly what Dr S ordered and it is difficult here with the cheaters and tweakers ... but I do get on now and then .. hope you are doing awesome!

Heyyyyyy, Feisty! How's life treating you? I've been really hit or miss with the diet over the last few months - in fact, my last two or three rounds have totally tanked due to being completely unable to stick to the protocol. But I'm trying to rectify that.... I am not online much anymore, though - trying to be more active and get more stuff done around the house - so I don't log in to this site or others much at all anymore - trying to limit my computer time.

How are things over your way? Still going strong on the protocol?

Awww, Feisty! I've been swamped. I try to do stuff w/ the kids a lot over the summer, but this year, our Sect./Bookkeeper was out for a month w/ her mom and now she's left completely, so I'm working 10-12 hour days (it's our business, so it's not like I can just LEAVE w/ things to DO...). Things are just crazy. I miss you guys, tho & keep MEANING to get back on & at least say Hi and I LUFFF you! I'm also up front in the office, so not really a good place to just hop on & start "playing'

Oh a little lesson on keeping the kiddo's safe.

by Feisty on February 13th, 2011 at 03:48 AM
Just want to take a sec and say for those of you with small young ones... Friday while I was at work DS and daddy were outside playing. DS wanted an ice cicle sword and daddy wasn't quick enough so he helped himself. A HUGE chunk of ice fell on him as he pulled the 'sword' off the eaves. He has one hell of a shiner and bruises and cuts on his forhead, his cheek, and scariest of all, the worst of the abrasions are on his upper and lower eyelid. We are so fortunate he managed to get that eye closed

by Feisty on February 9th, 2011 at 08:35 AM
Well it's snowing out..... More snow than I've EVER seen in Arkansas and I've been living here off and on since 95. Still coming down in buckets. So....... What am I doing?
I have the prettiest pot of chicken soup going. Took My bag of chicken loins and put the ones that looked either too big or too small for P2 and threw them in the pot with nice big pieces of celery, onion, and red radishes...I'll shave a little carrot in there when I'ts almost done to get a little
