Ouch! Going to a doctor in a third world country for a roto does not sound pleasant. Glad I didn't have to go that route!

I didn't explode! I drank a second cup of Smooth Move like you suggested and let it steep even longer. That did the trick!

Gads....from all my reading...these and the others someone was talking about last night do not have any hcg...are not homeopathic hcg. They are amino acids that that basically help with digestion. Terrible that companies are now going to toss the word hcg on a box just to draw attention.

Haha that is too funny - something in the air? Thanks so much for the warm wishes and posting!
  7. Oh that sounds like a great loss! Don't worry. It happens. You will love Ph3 when 'reshaping' comes into play.

My week was ok. Haven't totaled the loss but it won't be very good because at least 2 days were stalled. No loss last night but very little sleep. I'm kinda bummed because 1 more lb will put me at less than 100 to go. I like you am sucking it up and moving along lol!

Hi friend! Just checking in. How are you doing so far?

I just finished my first week and am down 8.8 lbs. Yay! I must admit, I am a little disheartened, though. For losing almost 9lbs, I can't see any difference in my clothing, and my measurements are basically still the same. I know I gotta suck it up and just keep truckin'!

Crap, I didn't even THINK about scrambled eggs! Maybe I can have some of those tomorrow or tonight. I'll make hubby go get me some, LOL - honestly, it took them longer to pull your one tooth than it took them to take out my 5 - cuz they were all pretty loose anyway. It literally took them less than 5 mins to get all 5 out once the novocain kicked in.....

Hey, Feisty - I was thinking of you too! I had 5 teeth pulled today, and must say the shots in the roof of my mouth hurt like *****, but glad it's all over with. How bout you? I'm only taking OTC ibuprofen, and actually, I think it's time for another dose.... My only itch right now is that I can't smoke for 24 hours, and I'm having a bit of a nicotine fit.... Aw, well, maybe it'll encourage me to quit again.....

Oh a little lesson on keeping the kiddo's safe.

by Feisty on February 13th, 2011 at 03:48 AM
Just want to take a sec and say for those of you with small young ones... Friday while I was at work DS and daddy were outside playing. DS wanted an ice cicle sword and daddy wasn't quick enough so he helped himself. A HUGE chunk of ice fell on him as he pulled the 'sword' off the eaves. He has one hell of a shiner and bruises and cuts on his forhead, his cheek, and scariest of all, the worst of the abrasions are on his upper and lower eyelid. We are so fortunate he managed to get that eye closed

by Feisty on February 9th, 2011 at 08:35 AM
Well it's snowing out..... More snow than I've EVER seen in Arkansas and I've been living here off and on since 95. Still coming down in buckets. So....... What am I doing?
I have the prettiest pot of chicken soup going. Took My bag of chicken loins and put the ones that looked either too big or too small for P2 and threw them in the pot with nice big pieces of celery, onion, and red radishes...I'll shave a little carrot in there when I'ts almost done to get a little
