    Hey Fiesty!

Everything is going well. I'm a teacher and my kiddos have finals this week, so it's been a bit hectic administering and grading exams. I'm on VLCD 5 and lost 8 lbs. I feel great and my jeans are starting to fit better. That's always a great motivator! For me, weighing and cooking food in batches is sooo tedious, but worth it. I made a delicious curried Bass with steam asparagus last night, only too look at my plate in my lap and see a worm! (One of the hazards of living in Honduras?!). I was so disgusted that I threw out the whole plate of food, and since I had cooked two meals (one for myself and one for my boyfriend), I was too exhausted to cook a third!

How are you doing? Where in Arkansas are you from? The parts I've driven through are beautiful.

Hi Feisty! Thanks for all of your great tips! I totally did the eggs fried in butter for my load today....and now I am so sick of butter! I'm ready to start my VLCD tomorrow.

Hello. I am also in Arkansas! I am having a hard time not eating and am asking a few members who are doing well what hints they have to not go off protocol. I did well on my first round last summer on hHcg, and since then tried twice with one time on injections. I didn't do well as I just wanted to eat despite the hcg. Any hints? I can't stand feeling like I am doing this, but then cheating every day and not losing much.

If I read it correctly, you've lost about 65 #'s since Sept. 11th. That's freakin' awesome! Well done.

Oh a little lesson on keeping the kiddo's safe.

by Feisty on February 13th, 2011 at 03:48 AM
Just want to take a sec and say for those of you with small young ones... Friday while I was at work DS and daddy were outside playing. DS wanted an ice cicle sword and daddy wasn't quick enough so he helped himself. A HUGE chunk of ice fell on him as he pulled the 'sword' off the eaves. He has one hell of a shiner and bruises and cuts on his forhead, his cheek, and scariest of all, the worst of the abrasions are on his upper and lower eyelid. We are so fortunate he managed to get that eye closed

by Feisty on February 9th, 2011 at 08:35 AM
