Hello I'm new still in my first week. I loved your picture. So just looking for advice

Glad you've found your sweet spot! And this is just one of those weeks in my life where it gets crazy. Happens every year in Sept. I'll be here my usual times in another day or two. I'm still tying up conference loose ends and my brother is in town from AZ.

ooo i'm so intrigued by cycling. i've wanted to do it, but i don't think it would work for me mentally. i tend to want to get things over with as quickly as possible, lol.

I am on vlcd 23. I'm so happy to hit the halfway point not only for p2 but for the amount of weight i need to lose as well. (does that make sense, lol). when i started i was totally against taking any pictures, thought "what am i going to do with them? and who would want to see them?" now i wish i had so i can see the progress i've done, sometimes its hard to believe how much i've lost and i feel like i look the same, ya know what i mean? the little pic of me in the teal shirt is just before i started R2. what day are you on?
