    Where are you? How have you been doing? It took me awhile to find you again, as I had to go back through the blogs until I found you again. Was just wondering how things are and if you are still doing hcg?
    I am on P3 and loving it. I did the 60 days (yep, I know what protocol says but I don't always follow things to the letter and lost 31 lbs. I will do another round but a shorter one next time. For now I 'm just enjoying adding some foods in.

I'm over halfway there. This diet is really starting to get to me. I'm sick of the food, and I really want some new flavors. Not to mention the weight loss has really slowed. I'm down only 3.5 for the week. Three more weeks to go. I'm hoping to get to 35 lbs. by the end.

Yesterday, I went on strike....from my scale that is. After two days of zeros, then a loss, then a regain of that loss, I was a little bummed. I just couldn't handle looking at the scale. Now I'm bummed. After two days with no loss, I lost 1.5 yesterday, only to gain it right back today. WTH? I didn't do anything different or go off protocol. It has finally happened. I have been stalled for 2 days. How frustrating! I know it is just part of the process. After such good losses for 8 days, I expected one to hit soon. It has been my pattern that I will drop a big number and then zero the next day, another big number then a zero. Never two zeros in a row. So I just have to ride it out. Hopefully the scale will budge tomorrow.
