    Hi Angie,
    I've been thinking about you and hoping that you've managed well. P4 was very kind to me. I just got back from Mexico and I had a fabulolus vacation. I did, however, gain some weight. The day I came back the scale read 157! lol I attributed that not only to the food that I was eating (which included everything!!) as well as the plain ride and lack of BM's. Today, I weighed 154, only 4 pounds over so I'm ok.

    I haven't started a new round yet. I have to wait on TOM (assuming he comes this month). We were originally going to try to have our first child but I think I want to put it off for a little while (and lose another 10-15 pounds to get to 140-145).
    Finally, I was wondering where you purchased your hcg because I'm not sure that I want to go back to the clinic and pay their enormous fee although they did promise a discount for coming back.

    Hey Angie, I haven't been on a while because I didn't have anything to report, which is a good thing. At least not until today, darn TOM. I have until the 12th and then I will enter P4. I'm going out of town the end of June, so I'll probably start another round around early/mid July. I'd like to lose another 10 pounds, although I'm very happy with my round 1 results. My only problem is that the clinic that I went to was so expensive so I'm looking for more affordable, reliable form of hcg.

    Good luck to you...can't wait to hear about your final results once you're done with P4.

    Good to here from you Angie! It’s also good to know that you’re hangin in there. Yes, I did get married on a beach. My husband is Jamaican so we went to Montego Bay and the most wonderful wedding. Thanks to hcg, I’m so much thinner now. I often joke with him that he married a “fat girl”! lol Unfortunately, the arms are still the same size(they don’t want to budge).

    P3 so far has been ok. But it’s still early. The only difficulties I’ve experienced so far is the increasing of the calories. I can’t eat as much as I used to. I guess that’s a great thing. I haven't tried any of the P3 chocolate recipes yet, but I'm looking forward to them ie. mug cake.....

    Saw your question on Mexican Restaurants. I have had to do it three times on P3 and it went great. I ordered a salad with cheese and asked for gtilled onions and grilled peppers, brocolli and carrots to top it off. It was WONDERFUL!

R2 P2 VLCD6: Gain? What? Oh, wait, I think I know why...and no, I did not cheat...

So, on VLCD5 I did Zumba. I had a half of a Jay Robb Protein shake before and planned on having the other half after the one-hour class finished. I felt great after the class, so skipped the other half of a Jay Robb Protein shake. I didn't feel as if I needed it.

Later, I had lunch, and then my husband and I set off on a bike (motorcycle) ride together. I knew I couldn't use sun screen. At least I don't have any sunscreen that's P2 safe in my house, so I didn't use any. Bad idea.

R2 P2 VLCD2 and VLCD3: The sniffing has started again.

The worst thing about this diet is having kids who eat cookies and peanut butter. Oh, God, the peanut butter. Though I've switched to Natural peanut butter, I still love it, and I still crave it. When making my kids lunch yesterday, I spent minutes sniffing the jar of peanut butter, breathing it in deeply, enjoying the sensation it made at the back of my throat. So dreamy. Yesterday was the start of my second journey. After loading on July 3rd and 4th, which had me grasping at my stomach because I felt so sick, yesterday wasn't so bad. I had a little bit of hunger, but the hunger you'd expect at meal times. Nothing painful, just there, my body telling me it was time to eat.

I had diced chicken cooked in a little bit of water with garlic, onion, oregano, and crushed red peppers on a bed of romaine lettuce, and with an ACV/mustard mixture on top for lunch.

Back from vacation and excited to start R2 on Sunday! I'm an Independance Day Loader!

Hello all! I left for vacation in the middle of June at 0.8 less than my LDW. We were gone for 13 days and though I was at the end of my P4, I hadn't added in a lot of sugar or starches because I just didn't want to. I did real well the first few days of vacation (at my parents' house), but the cruise we went on was a different story. My first meal on the ship, I did excellent. R1 P3 Day6: The day after my first steak day

I freaked when I stepped on the scale yesterday morning and immediately went into damage control. Thanks to tmott24, I was able to get my head on straight and have a plan. After a 24-ounce ribeye, where I ate all but the grissle and fat, and a fresh, raw tomatoe, I stepped on the scale this morning and lost 3 pounds, bringing me right back down to my LDW of 150.8.

How did I gain so much weight in so few days? Restaurants and too much dairy. I vow not to eat at a restaurant until Friday,
