Hey there! You rolling back into P3? How was your most recent round...are you still in R2P2 or have you moved on to P3?

Hey girly.. how are things goin for you? I'm down 10lbs and finally UNDER my LDW from my first round.. boy did loading kill me this time.. LOL Have a GREAT weekend!

OK.. so I couldn't stand it... doing a 23 day round before Vegas.. hahahaha

Hey girl.. I'm in P4... and going to stay here til I after my vacation in Vegas... LOL Gotta be able to enjoy food and alcohol out there ya know.. LOL

Hey there....It's going Ok I guess...started P3 yesterday and was up 2lbs today...i think it was salt..had a couple of chicken sausages that tasted really salty. Or it could be that I combined the Almonds with some blue cheese dressing on my salad...other than that all I had was protein...So today I am having almonds again and had my protein shake this morning. I will cut out the dressing and the chicken sausage...so I will see what tomorrow looks like. May have do a FFF or steak day...which would kinda suck only 2 days into P3. I am only doing 3weeks then back to P2 for another round...

Yeah I will just wait and see. I have a couple more weeks then on to P3 then P4 for a while...not going to do back to back P2...just don't think I can handle it...and anyways when P4 is done I will be just a few days away from my trip to Sturgis for the Bike rally and I know I am not going to be a good girl and not indluge...so once that is done I will try another round
