    I have not been doing well at all. Lost my job and gained all my weight back Finally found where I could buy some hcg and not have to give them an arm and leg.
    So far I have dropped 10lbs and I started vlcd 3/18.

    Hey G ...... thinking of you today. I'm doing o.k. I was able to stick to a good high protein diet the past few days and have had some good losses.

    Hi G~dizzle!!!!

    I read some of the posts from past few days .... so sorry to hear about your puppy! I'm not doing so well, weight wise. I gained before the holdiays and let myself gain even more through the holiday baking season!!! Not real happy with myself. BUT ............. I'm back and sticking with a high protein/low carb plan that I know my body responds to.

    I'm not doing the HCG drops, but I still need the support from my HCG friends, so will be back with you all.

    kinda lame! I wish it was working better so i had no hunger, but right now im just thinking about the next time i get to eat another bowl of the same stuff i had yesterday, etc.

    i was even thinking about getting some hoodia or something but maybe ill just try the protocal and see if my hunger goes down, i am as well not having the second fruit, but i do eat a tomato everyday instead... hummmmm!

    anyways... hope your thanks giving goes well!

    huh, thats funny, you stick to protocol and it works! i have always modified..! and today am feeling quite hungry, im one week in and wondering if i should tweak my dose. my favorite recipe is a chicken, mint and spinach salad with chopped up apple. the dressing is two tablespoons lemon juice, big scrunch of mustard (the kind made with ACV) dash of stevia and some more acv. I also get organic granulated garlic and just pour it on everything. My other staple is the shirataki noodles (from an asian food store, so, no soy) and sautee some onion, garlic, tomato, rosemary, basil (all fresh) then add chopped beef and the noodles for some spaghetti bolognese ala hcg. I add garlic, stevia and lemon juice to the pasta sauce as well... so! my secerets revealed! I thought i was looking forward to being back on hcg so i dont have to think about food, but, man, the last week ive remembered how much i have to stress over cooking the right stuff and feel like im on a leash tied to my kitchen!

    wussup! i'm back round two, its already flying by! im on day 5 and hardly even notice, so much easier this time! feels like an old trick and im still in the stage of enjoying some of my old recipes! Hope your well!

    Thanks! I did go out last night and I had a few vodka and sodas with a twist of lime, and I was still down 3 pounds this morning. I do feel hungover today and I think that would be due to drinking on so little food.

    Hi! I was reading your post about how you are able to drink vodka on P2. I like my drinks and want to thank you for being honest. I am going to try to have a couple this weekend and see what happens =)

Ok, decided its time to blog, mainly so I can keep track of how things are going--for future rounds (which will hopefully, really, only be one more round).

Today was a total mind f%$#@, which doesn't surprise me, but good god did I feel like I was being grounded and couldn't eat this or that and sooooooo wanted to. I said I would keep it clean, and do protocol but who am I kidding. I'm rouge and loving it. The run down:
