Well here I go. My first try of the HCG Diet. I live in Perth Australia and I am using HCG Drops. (Non hormonal) I hope they are ok.
I have just completed 2 days of loading with the drops and I actually lost 1 kg. And yes I ate very well with fats, oils, cream, milk coffees meats potatoes cheese etc.. Is it normal to lose weight on the loading days?
Anyway day 1 on VLCD and so far getting through the first few hours of the morning with black tea and stevia, and water. Looking forward
