    Hi Glinda,
One cookie making you sick is good news I guess! What is FFF? Fat Free....?
Glad you are easing into P3. I am nervous too. Still a couple weeks +
I have lost 3.4 lbs since Thanksgiving. Getting rid of that cheat. I hope that I can lose 10 lbs by rounds' end. That would only be about 23 but I will take it!

Hey... About Candy. I am scared for her. She believes she knows all she needs to and cannot be swayed! I won't say anymore. Some people can't be helped. Why did she ask if she was already doing it?
    Feel better, sweetie!

Glad to hear things went well, except for the cookie wah! Sorry to hear that. How do you get thru that...lots of water? I have gluten issues too, but milder, like it kicks up lots of cravings. I am so looking forward to p3 & 4... Especially to learn more about what works.
I found 2 great cookbooks today in B&N called the gluten free almond flour cookbook & low carb, sugar free desserts. They both have great recipes. I am looking forward to adding some foods to the list.
Hope you continue to have great success!

    Hey Glinda,
In answer to your question...hell no I didn't stay on protocol. I am up 3 lbs to show for it, though I am not worried. I am puffy and I will get rid of this and back to it . Not sure it was worth it, felt like crap after eating. Stomach ache, bathroom problems. It was tasty though.
How did you do? Hope you had a great one!

Hey there! Thanks for checking in. I am doing great on the plan. Just had a rough day at work...one of my coworkers died. It is really upsetting. But we will get through it. Just shows you how quickly things can change. I know you are well aware of this. Hcg is my last hope of getting my weight under control and getting my health in order.
How are you doing? I will check out your blog to see what's up.
I was just reading the posts about cycling...interesting way to go. I will probably do that. Have you thought about next steps?
How are you doing with those 8's? Take care! Julie

Reflections from a Newbie

After just 15 days on hCG, I've lost 13.8lbs: 3" from waist, 1" neck, 2.5" chest, and 2.25" off hips. In. Just. Two. Weeks.

And yes, I thought, "This will never work for me." Why? Because I don't have a thyroid. (Lost it to cancer 2 years ago, then lost gall bladder this summer. Running out of organs here people.) And I'm diabetic. After the gall bladder surgery in August, I started researching the impact of diet on our overall health and ran
