    I'm still in England. I won't get back until after the New Year. That is cool if we start at about the 15th then? Cause, I'm heading into phase 4 and I want to be in that for a minium of 3 weeks before starting another round. Welll..for me after Christmas and the following day: I gained about 3 lbs (as expected) so I'm starting with a high protein day and then a steak day if that doesn't get me back down. Phase 3 has been really easy on me..almost too easy I've enjoyed maintaining my weight overall.

    I'm sorry that your weight had to go up a few pounds, that seems really odd? But, maybe its normal?? I dunno..I just have kept a few principles from phase 2 in tact and until Christmas I honoured that. Sooo..it feels alittle like backsliding abit but, its all good!

    Hi Friend!

    How is your December going? I'm still in P3 and having a fine time stablizing, I've even been drinking alcohol everyday (but, keeping the sugars low) and eating quite a few apples a day. Are we still on for doing another round in the New Year?

    As long as you were happy about, I'm cool. I Just feel no one should be alone on the holidays--but, if you were with your dog, that isn't exactly being alone now is it?

    I am heading into P3 next week sometime..I want to wait and see if I can get down to within 5 lbs of my original goal..I would go longer but, I'm leaving for England on the 15th and I don't want to spend the entire time on P3. That makes it tough through the holidays. Plus, I want to do at least 2 weeks of P4 before heading into my second round..I think going through the complete rounds is pretty instrumental in losing all the excess lard.

    Then once I get back Jan 6th I am going go into my second round. Now that I know what works for me..I know I can lose alot faster than I did this round and get down to my optimal goal weight..so, I'm really looking forward to that.

    I don't know if I have to do 3 days or not..I should ask my retailer..hmmmm..good point!

    I understand then that you didn't cheat..whats the point?..You are a better woman than I! ahhaah!

    I think the 2 days is for us drops people anyways, I am thinking of doing the same thing--simply because, I'll be starving by the end of day one sooo..two days will probably be all I can take.

    Hmm..I know you only have one week left till P3..but, listen..since my little binge-I have felt the best I have ever felt on HCG and more in control. I don't know what you want to do but, maybe cheating alittle bit on thanksgiving getting really full and then just VLC for the rest of the time and then extend it a bit..Might be just the ticket. I say this because, we both screwed up a bit by not loading properly in the begining??...Something to think about.

    Oh, hmmmm...try upping the protein and no fruit..that may be just the ticket.

    But, seriously...can't WAIT for P3!!

    Well, since my total slip up the other day I haven't weighed myself yet, I think I will tomorrow before Thanksgiving and then after just to have a good gauge of what I'm dealing with on Friday. BUT, its been going good. I have been consistent with just listening to my body and not just eating because its "time" or something like that..if I don't get hungry until 5 p.m. then that is what happens. The next thing I am going to tackle is stop eating right before being full. That is probably the next hardest thing, cause my mind wants to say "you haven't eaten all day!". Soooo..that is next on the mental gymnastics to conquer.

    Oh! Also, I've changed the way I eat: I now do 7oz of chicken or fish and 1 cup veggie and a quarter or half of a fruit if I feel like I need it. Otherwise, I leave it out. Personnally, I think my next round I am going to play with the whole idea of leaving fruit out. It seems a bit too carby!
