    Thanks HCGCowgirl......I follow you on the other forum as well Optimal and Free Forum.... and have been trying a 30 day course of most of the Dr. Kruse recommended supplements.....just uncertain as to which ones are working and which are not as I am taking so many!!! Taking lots of B vits,probiotics and omega 3's in additions to many others.....DHEA Keto 7, NAC, L-glutamine, zinc, circumin etc..... the list goes on and on....

    Sorry, I hardly ever check on here...the best thing to help my leaky gut has been b12, b-complex, probiotics and omega 3s.
