Well into p4 and maintaining within a two pound window. Enjoying a few 'treats' now and then but mostly eating p3 except on weekends.
Still around,and hangin in there , at 1 under LDW yeah! enjoying the nice weatherafter a long long winter so havent been on the boards much.

Still stayingwithin that 135 window that was my orginal goal,even tho ldw was a little below.so far working out OK give or take an occational fluctuation.so. going to try moving into long over do p4. So I can have my beloved oatmeal again.
Just realized it has been sometime since i posted. Just got back from vaction in the tetons,plenty of hiking,as well as a few things new to my way of eating in this last year.(pizza,and smores) but i still came home same weight as i left (yippee) so still hangin in there at last drop weight,and acually 3lbs below.

Have did so well ,maintaining my new 140 weight. But had a long trip over the weekend ,and ended up being 2 pounds up.Not going to stress to much tho since i didnt have anything bad just to much sitting,and resteraunt foods. i WILL get it back off.
