Hi Grammasmitty, i came across your leptin diet thread and i am really intrigued by how it works. I am in my 2nd phrase of HCG, and i wonder, whether i can use the leptin diet for my 3rd phrase? (the original hcg 3rd phrase doesn't advocate weight loss, but leptin diet seems to encourage more weight loss). I don't know i am a lil bit confused.

Looking into all the Leptin Diet information. Do you think the book Mastering Leptin is worth purchasing? Are you still having success with the Leptin plan? My daughter has PCOS & we're trying to find ways to maintain our hcg losses. Thanks for sharing your information. Kelly

HI, I really enjoyed your info on the Leptin Diet. I started this diet over 350 lbs. I have lost 78 so far with HCG. I am so pyched about the diet, but fear maintenance. Thanks for the info. I am going to read the book. Good Luck on the diet/life change.
